B/ United Kingdom Shipping :

All deliveries to UK mainland are estimated between 2 to 5 working working days..

In order to help us acheive a quick and prompt delivery to your premises,please provide your full address and contact Number,Please read the following delivery points :

1/ Pallet Delivery : Large Items or Large Orders are sent by pallet courier as they provide extra safety for the load,we operate all our pallet delivery with the Fortec shipping company for all destinations,UK and European countries,All our shipping cost are found with each product and we do At Star Design UK provide a very fast and low cost delivery service.Courier driver usually call on the day before delivery to arrange for a suitable time but please be prepared for your delivery on the agreed date as the drivers are not obliged to give you the exact hour of delivery.

If a pallet courier attempts delivery as pre-arranged by phone and you not at home or someone else on your behalf to receive goods,then you may be reliable for to re-pay delivery cost.Delivery to Cuprus is road frieght and take up longer than other European destination and the delivery lead time can range up to 2 weeks.

2/ Large Items Delivery and Small Parcels :Next to pallet deliveries we do ship large single items with TNT which is one of the most fast and relaible shipping companies in UK and Europe and the shipping cost is at very competitive rate.We do use TNT for both UK and European destinations.For smaller items and parcels such as our designer lights,Art Prints,small furniture peices, we coordinate our deliveries with DHL for UK Home Land Deliveries and the courier company DPD for all European countries,

Shipping restrictions & Liabilities :Please Note:There are restrictions regarding the delivery of some of our fragile products to European countries such as our designer Glass Coffee Table..Please also Note That some of our products are very heavy specially the Large Marble Tulip  Tables and we do recommende at lest 4 people in order to lift and move the load safely..Customers bear responsability for any damage happen during assembling,moving or installing their items. 

We are only responsible in delivering the goods to our customers in perfect condition,once the delivery note signed by customers,we no longer responsible for any damages afterwards.

Weekends Deliveries :Please Note that we don,t usually operate on weekends,if you wish to receive your item on Saturday,please contact us ( +44 (0) 1279 814905 ) for a special delivery.All deliveries on Sturdays must be agreed upon with us and we do charge extra for the service.

Our Refund Policy :

Please refer to our terms and conditions page.As a general role,we do refund all damaged or faulty products,we issue a full refund in 7 working days.if the damage caused by the customer then we are not obliged to issue a refund.
